My in-laws stayed at Traditions for a short time. It is such a beautiful place. From the first day we walked in to tour to our last communication with the staff and administrator was nothing short of perfect. Everyone we came in contact with were happy to be working there or happy to be living there. It is like a vacation community for senior living. Unfortunately their stay was cut short due to needing skilled nursing care. They enjoyed their stay and still talk about how much they liked it there and wish they were still there. Went to visit to see if this was a fit for my family member and this place is fantastic. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like family. What a breath of fresh air. They have extensive activities and events going on all the time. They even check in everyday on each independent resident to ensure they are okay, such a relief to know someone is watching out when we can’t. After our tour and some decisions, we plan to place our loved one with traditions of hershey and can rest knowing they will take great care of our loved one.

My mom has lived at Traditions for three years. She began in independent living and transitioned to personal care about 6 months ago as her Parkinson’s has progressed. My mom and my family love Traditions Of Hershey. Mom has made wonderful friends here and there are so many activities. She is busy all the time! From exercise to bingo to card games to regularly scheduled entertainment, they truly make this place a home! Furthermore, and more importantly, the staff is so attentive to the needs of the residents. The administrators are very organized and have an open line of communication with family members. Although I love close by, I am able to rest easy knowing that she is well taken care of.

Traditions of Hershey has been an absolute blessing for our family. When our aging parents needed a safe, secure, pleasant, and accommodating place to live, Traditions became the answer. We toured dozens of facilities, but no other place offered the warm and comforting feeling that Traditions provided. From the moment we step inside, the staff at Traditions feel like FAMILY, and the facility feels like a HOME. Now our parents are thriving in a HOME where they have made new friends, participate in fun events and activities, and most importantly, feel safe, secure, and loved. The staff at Traditions can never replace the love we have for our parents, but they certainly try! And we deeply appreciate their efforts! The entire staff is awesome. Very loving and caring From the kitchen to maintenance, personal care unit and management. They cared for my mother in law to a quality second to none. We are very pleased with their personal attention to her and us, the family. If I could give them a 10 star I would. You won’t go wrong with putting the care of a loved one in their hands. They provide great activities And entertainment. Rick the bus driver worked with us to get Mom to drs appointments even if it wasn’t on scheduled days. Lauren the activities director, had first class entertainment. The kitchen provides wonderful food. If you can’t find something great to eat, you are way to picky. Their salad bar alone is awesome. Home made soups, at least 2 different entree’s. Everything was cooked to perfection. No mushy veggies with no flavor. I will stop now, just can’t say enough about this place. One more thing, their rent prices are also reasonable for what they provide, better than any other place we checked out. Tracey McCarthy

We have been over the moon pleased with the care and compassion that Traditions has provided to my inlaws. Charity, Rebecca, Sierra and the rest of their team have made the transition from my inlaws residing with us to enhanced independence amazing. We HIGHLY recommend Traditions of Hershey.

My parents moved into Traditions about 2 years ago and quickly felt at home. When my father passed away earlier this year, it was such a blessing to know that my mother was in a safe and secure environment with caring and thoughtful staff.

The last place my sister lived in was assisted living. Traditions is more retirement community-like and less like a family. Most people keep to themselves in their own apartments. Having a comfortable community TV area would be nice. But she really likes the activities, her apartment and the close friends she has made there. It’s a very pretty, clean, comfortable building.

Traditions at Hershey is one of the best facilities I have come across in a long time! From the caring staff, to the daily enrichment and quality of life they offer the residents. My grandmother loves every aspect of her day to day life. Her caregivers are attentive to not only her, but to me when I come in. She constantly talks about the wonderful food served from the kitchen. Thank you so much for taking great care of her!
