Lisa Allen Executive Director lallen@traditions of hershey.com Lisa Allen, is a Harrisburg area native who has worked professionally in New York City, DC and Virginia over the past 15 years. Lisa’s Executive Management experience has focused on outpatient neuro-rehab for individuals in need of cognitive therapy (i.e. traumatic brain injuries, strokes, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's), community based counseling, and a public national organization with stringent reporting requirements. Lisa is excited to be back home and working with the senior population once again. Lisa has been with Traditions since May, 2007.
Diane Rizio Marketing Director drizio@traditionsofhershey.com Diane is a lifelong resident of the greater Harrisburg area. Her past experience includes 15 plus years in business operations and marketing. Diane brings great energy to the community as well as the team. Diane is married with two children. Diane joined the team in July, 2008.
Timothy George Marketing Manager tgeorge@traditionsofhershey.com Timothy George, has lived and worked in the Lebanon Valley his entire life. Having been a pastor, a business professional and an administrator for Assisted Living, he has a unique perspective in serving senior adults. Tim has been with Traditions since May, 2007
Andrew Knauss Food Service Director Andrew has lived much of his life in the Central Pennsylvania Area. He went to high school at Northern York School District, attended Baltimore International College and has an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. Andrew moved to Amelia Island, Fl and worked under the skillful eye of Chef Burette. After returning to PA, Andrew worked at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers for five years. After leaving Hilton to farther his career, Andrew accepted a position at Dickinson College. While at Dickinson, Andrew had the chance to cook for a wide arrange of people and dignitaries from all over the world. Andrew has been with Traditions since December, 2007.
Jennifer Taylor Resident Life Director The majority of Jennifer’s post-college days have been spent teaching elementary students. However, growing up, she spent quite a bit of time with her mother at the Senior Center she worked at in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Jennifer is thrilled to be following in her mother’s footsteps. Jennifer has a beautiful eight year old daughter who enjoys spending as much time at Hershey Park as possible. Jennifer has been with Traditions since December, 2007.
John Andrezywski Maintenance Director John comes to Traditions with over 15 years experience in maintenance and home repairs . John has also worked at other independent living homes during the last 4 years. John has a wife and three children and is a retired police officer. John joined the Traditions team in April, 2008
