Lori has been in the senior healthcare industry for 18 years. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Health Administration degree and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Mitzi Dye
Marketing Manager

Mitzi comes to Traditions with over 17 years of marketing and sales experience within the Lebanon and Lancaster counties. Having the background of business-to-business media sales, with a focus on building relationships, Mitzi has been given the foundation for the marketing manager position. Listening to the potential prospects and the families' needs is one of Mitzi's favorite aspects of working within the Senior Living field. She truly enjoys working with our senior residents at Traditions of Hershey.
Mitzi feels at home here in her hometown of Hershey. Currently she resides with her husband and family in Annville. Mitzi joined Traditions of Hershey in March 2011.
Ali Breski, LPN

Ali joined Traditions of Hershey with 20 years of health care experience. She has worked in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. For the last three years she has worked as the Resident Care Director in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Ali’s lifelong goal was to become a nurse and follow in her mother’s footsteps. She enjoys working in healthcare, and in particular, with the senior population.
Ali feels lucky to be married to her best friend and they have 4 children that are her world. Ali joined Traditions of Hershey in February 2013
Becky Gingrich
Case Manager

Becky has over 14 years of experience in varying areas of social work, with experience in mental health, education, geriatric and medical fields. Becky worked as a medical social worker in home healthcare for 11 years, providing education and resource coordination to her patients. She also worked for Lebanon County, where she worked with children and families in need, providing support and services within their homes and communities.
She currently lives in the Lebanon area with her husband and two sons. Becky has been with Traditions since April 2012.
Jennifer Taylor
Resident Life Director

The majority of Jennifer’s post-college days have been spent teaching elementary students. However, growing up, she spent quite a bit of time with her mother at the Senior Center she worked at in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Jennifer is thrilled to be following in her mother’s footsteps.
Jennifer has a beautiful daughter who enjoys spending as much time at Hershey Park as possible. Jennifer has been with Traditions since December 2007.
Karen Alexander
Food Service Director

Karen joined Traditions with over 20 years of Food and Customer Service experience. She has worked in restaurants, Assisted Living Communities and in the Catering Business. Karen is very much at home in the kitchen with cooking, baking and supervising. Karen has been with Traditions since July 2009.
Karen Alexander was raised and still resides in the Lebanon area. She is a mother of 3 children and has 3 grandchildren.
Katie McConnell

Upon graduating from Mansfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, Katie McConnell worked in the human service field for five years. When she decided to start a family, Katie began a full time business of teaching piano. This combined her love of music with her keen sense of organization and computer skills. Katie eventually decided to get back into the work force and has been working in administration for the past six years.
Katie lives in Palmyra with her husband and two children. She joined Traditions in May 2009.
