Jeremy Keiter Executive Director
Jeremy leads the residents and team members at Traditions of Hershey with help from his 18 years of health care and management experience. He graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Master’s Degree in Business Education. Jeremy’s undergraduate degree is from Elizabethtown College in Social Work and is a Licensed Nursing Home and Personal Care Administrator. He enjoys working with the compassionate residents and team at Traditions! Jeremy is blessed to be a part of a wonderful facility and honored to serve the Traditions of Hershey family.
Mike Lapinsky Marketing Director
Mike comes to Traditions of Hershey with a background in sales, marketing and customer service. He is a graduate of Temple University, receiving his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Mike brings his hard-working, positive attitude to a great team and is excited to be part of the Traditions family.
Ali Breski, LPN Personal Care Director
Ali joined Traditions of Hershey with 22 years of healthcare experience and for the last five years have worked as a Resident Care Director in a Personal Care home setting. She has worked in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. For the last three years she has worked as the Resident Care Director in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Ali’s lifelong goal was to become a nurse and follow in her mother’s footsteps. She enjoys working in healthcare, and in particular, with the senior population.
Ali feels lucky to be married to her best friend and they have four children that are her world. Ali joined Traditions of Hershey in February 2013.
Karen Lincoln Food Service Director
Karen joined Traditions with over 20 years of Food and Customer Service experience. She has worked in restaurants, Assisted Living Communities and in the Catering Business. Karen is very much at home in the kitchen with cooking, baking and supervising. Karen has been with Traditions since July 2009.
Karen Lincoln was raised and still resides in the Lebanon area. She is a mother of three children and has three grandchildren.
Katie McConnell Business Office Manager
Upon graduating from Mansfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, Katie McConnell worked in the human service field for five years. When she decided to start a family, Katie began a full time business of teaching piano. This combined her love of music with her keen sense of organization and computer skills. Katie eventually decided to get back into the work force and has been working in administration for the past several years.
Katie lives in Palmyra with her husband and two children. She joined Traditions in May 2009.
Lauren Beaulieu Resident Life Director
Lauren joins the Traditions of Hershey team with several years of experience working for the Massachusetts Medicaid Program. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Advertising and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from Endicott College. Lauren credits her two amazing grandmothers for always encouraging her creativity and sparking her interest in working with the elderly. Lauren has a passion for volunteering and for all things crafty. In her spare time Lauren enjoys taking sewing lessons, baking and writing children’s stories.
Lauren was born and raised in Massachusetts and recently moved to Palmyra with her Fiancé. She is excited to be a part of the Traditions of Hershey team.
